• Engineer’s Findings Letter: Every Level A Investigation concludes with a professional letter that includes:

Level B Investigation: Comprehensive Foundation Analysis

Building on the Level A Investigation, the Level B Investigation includes advanced measurements, document reviews, and comprehensive documentation—perfect for complex issues, insurance claims, or legal matters. We include: 

• All items included in Level A Investigation.

• Document Review: When available, review critical documents such as geotechnical reports, construction drawings, field reports, and repair records and utilize this information during our evaluation.

• Foundation Survey Elevations: We provide precise relative elevation measurements, presented on scaled drawings and/or cross-sections, including deflection and tilt calculations to establish a performance baseline.
